Did you know that when it comes to hiring our Cleaning Technicians, we are very choosy?
We understand that inviting someone into your home requires a tremendous amount of trust. That’s why we take our hiring process very seriously and truly care about who we hire to represent Kidwell’s Kleaning and serve our customers.
Every potential Cleaning Technician goes through two interviews, a background check, and a drug test before moving forward. Once hired, they complete our rigorous training program to learn our cleaning systems, procedures, safety standards, and the level of quality our customers expect.
Our hiring philosophy is actually pretty simple:
We only hire people we would feel comfortable having in our own homes!
We are incredibly proud that many of our Cleaning Technicians have been part of the Kidwell’s Kleaning family for six years or more! However, as our company continues to grow, we occasionally need to welcome new Cleaning Technicians to our team.
When we do, we remain committed to being selective and hiring only individuals who meet our high standards.
